Norrbottens Bergteknik is looking for a KMA administrator.

We are growing and need to strengthen our KMA team.

Norrbottens Bergteknik is a leading Swedish company in rock handling. We have great expertise in drilling, blasting and reinforcement and we work with projects in construction and civil engineering, infrastructure, wind power, mines and quarries. The assignments are carried out in all types of environments such as the countryside, mountains and cities. About the job
As a KMA Administrator, you will be part of our dedicated, driven admin team. Your immediate manager is our KMA manager. You will have your workplace at our establishment in Aitik, but you will also make site visits to our other projects in Norrbotten. Your tasks cover a wide area and you will largely support the management in Aitik in KMA issues based on the requirements of the customer and our management, but also follow-up of project goals, finances and key figures.

For example, you will...

  • Be responsible for reporting incidents to the customer.
  • Supporting management with the administration of deviation management and quality control as requested by the customer.
  • Support the management in the work with safety rounds, risk assessments, work preparations, risk observations, incident and accident reporting, etc.
  • Administrative tasks related to our machinery, chemical management and waste.
  • On-site help with practical work in the KMA both in the office and in the field.
  • Supporting management in monitoring project finances, targets and KPIs.

About you
The job suits you if you are curious about our industry, are interested in work environment issues and live near Gällivare. You are independent, like freedom with responsibility, are service-oriented and communicative but can set limits. You are also meticulous and want order, can prioritise and like to work with varied tasks. You should not be unfamiliar with using different IT systems for your work. We would like you to have experience in the industry and/or training in the field of work environment. A B driving licence is a requirement.
